Hi Marjorie!
Saw your question on my blog about the template. I didn't get it from Blogger's list, I Googled "Blogger Templates" and found a list of modified Wordpress backgrounds, which are a lot more design heavy than most of the Blogger ones.
There were several set up to look like paper pages, I just picked the one I liked. It was either that one or the one that looked like you were writing on a blue jean pocket.

You just download the template to your computer and then load it onto Blogger from your dashboard.
